This position is for the Head Football Coach at Abraham Clark High School for the 2024 Fall Season.



Qualifications:

• Possess a demonstrated knowledge of fundamentals, training, strategy and tactics in football
• Ability to run organized practice sessions focusing on skill development and teamwork while also developing an understanding of essential football concepts and strategies
• Knowledge of NJSIAA rules and regulations
• Knowledge of NCAA recruiting procedures
• Knowledge of NCAA Eligibility Center; Dates, Courses, Student Certification
• Appropriate Certification required
• Ability to work in a team concept
• Ability to provide and maintain a positive learning environment with a high standard of conduct
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff, students, administration and community members
• Must possess; NJ Coaching Fundamentals Certification (or be 'grandfathered'), current CPR/AED/First Aid, annual certification in both 'Concussion in Sports' and 'Heat Illness Prevention'
