We are looking for a SFO Bay Area-based Growth Executive with previous Sales experience to join our team; responsible for managing new business opportunities and converting those opportunities into Clients.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Respond quickly and efficiently to inbound leads.
  2. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  3. Proactively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, emails, networking and social media.
  4. Effectively present our company to potential clients through remote and in-person meetings.
  5. Identify client needs to then prepare and deliver presentations on appropriate services.
  6. Collaborate with the various internal teams involved with the sales process.
  7. In-depth contract negotiation.
  8. Remote team collaboration.
  9. Quickly develop an autonomous working capability.
  10. Report weekly/monthly/quarterly sales results to management.

Here’s what we are looking for:

  1. Experience with software development outsourcing is highly preferred.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of proven business-to-business sales experience targeting US clientele.
  3. Exceptional in-person presentation, negotiation, and rapport-building skills.
  4. Ability to handle a high volume, fast-paced sales environment.
  5. Proven results of closing deals and developing long-term relationships with clients.
  6. Experience hunting new clients, cold-calling, and closing deals.
  7. Excellent English communication skills.
  8. Must reside in the US.
