This role is for the designer who saves typography screenshots, gets lost in Pinterest boards, and instinctively knows what looks elevated (and what doesn’t). Someone who sees the difference between good and great—and always chooses the latter.
You’ll be hands-on collaborating to craft everything—from launch campaigns and packaging to emails, social visuals, and day-to-day brand moments. It’s storytelling, yes—but visual. Thoughtful. Rhythmic. Intentional. And it has to feel effortless.

What You’ll Be Creating
Everyday Visual Design
– Clean, editorial-inspired layouts for Instagram (feed, stories, carousels), site updates, packaging, and internal decks
– Design and curate collages, product cutouts, and high-impact visuals for social that feel scroll-stopping yet effortless
– Maintain a consistent visual tone—feminine, minimal, warm, and refined
– Build assets that reflect clarity, restraint, and high visual awareness
Campaigns & Product Storytelling
– Bring seasonal and product drops to life—from concept and moodboards to final visuals
– Collaborate with content, creative, and marketing teams to build cohesive launch kits and storytelling arcs
– Ensure every visual connects to the broader brand narrative and elevates the moment
Email Design
– Design high-performing, product-forward emails that convert without compromising the brand’s tone
– Balance hierarchy, whitespace, and rhythm for designs that feel considered and clickable
– Incorporate storytelling and mood into layout—making emails feel like part of the brand, not just a sales push
– Iterate based on performance while protecting the aesthetic
Packaging & Print
– Create tangible, elevated experiences through tags, thank-you cards, packaging stickers, and printed inserts
– Ensure all files are production-ready with perfect alignment, scale, and brand consistency
– Reflect intentionality in every detail—through tone, texture, and message
Creative Collaboration
– Partner with photographers, content creators, and editors to maintain cohesive visual direction
– Participate in moodboarding, seasonal concepting, and campaign planning
– Contribute taste and creative POV across every touchpoint—from quick social moments to larger campaign executions

Who This Role Is For
– 4-6+ years of graphic design experience in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle
– A portfolio that reflects high brand alignment and emotionally-driven storytelling
– Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma or Canva is a plus
– Deep understanding of social media design—Instagram layouts, carousels, collages, and content flow
– Strong grasp of layout, typography, color, and negative space
– Highly organized and comfortable in a fast-paced, design-led environment
– Passionate about fashion, creative culture, and building brand identity through visuals
– Excited by storytelling, minimalism, and the power of a strong aesthetic
