Red Cedar Consultancy LLC is looking for a Government Contracts Manager to provide cradle-to-grave management of contracts from negotiations and pricing to contract close-out. This role will work with an experienced and enthusiastic team of professionals, provide support in the development of price proposals, develop and manage contract processes and procedures, ensure compliance with contract clauses and requirements, and help to maintain relationships with customers and partners. Responsibilities Negotiate and prepare NDAs and Teaming Agreements and facilitate execution, maintaining organized records and files Support Portfolio Managers in the development of price proposals Provide contract support from proposal development, contract negotiations, execution of contracts and modifications, to close-out Prepare and maintain subcontractor agreements, ensuring execution of agreements and modifications in timely manner Work with leadership to ensure compliance with government contracts and subcontracts Maintain detailed document tracking and filing system Requirements U.S. Citizenship Bachelor's degree 2+ years of experience with government contracts pricing, management, and compliance, including developing pricing models for FFP, T&M, and CPFF and hybrid contracts negotiating pricing with teaming partners facilitating contract execution and maintaining organized, adequate, and up-to-date records maintaining Representation & Certifications working with government sites such as sam.gov, GSA Assist, PIEE, etc. Knowledge of FAR and DFAR Exceptional organizational and communication skills Seniority level : Entry level Employment type : Contract Job function : Management and Manufacturing Industries : IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr Red Cedar Consultancy, LLC
