GLOBAL SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: Lead enterprise-wide strategic sourcing, focus on driving cost down and resilience in our supply chain.
Lead production planning team, by implementing strategies and technologies to enhance manufacturing productivity.
Provide data generation, reporting, analysis, organization, and continuous improvement of supply chain information for the purpose of optimizing supply chain performance and accomplishment of strategic and tactical objectives.
Identify underperforming areas in the supply chain, suggest improvements or resolution to problems and reports trends to Senior Leadership.
Utilize mathematical & statistical methods, financial metrics (e.g., IRR, ROI, NPV, etc.) and sensitivity evaluations to develop and present cost-benefits analyses and recommendations.
Continual improvement of process effectiveness through eliminating waste and implementing process improvements, including ERP system enhancements.
Deliver continuous improvement through participation in lean kaizen events.
Coach, develop and provide support to team members, removing obstacles from meeting their assigned goals in delivering impactful solution to business objectives.
Develop strong relationships and provide effective communication, prioritization, and alignment across business units, and functions.
Demonstrate capability for engaging with external business partners to provide seamless linkage of supply chain processes.
Responsible for realizing the strategic objectives of the supply chain function through clear planning, effective execution and providing simple and precise performance and management reporting.
Support wider company goals by constantly raising the bar for operational excellence.
QUALIFICATIONS: B.S. degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Logistics (Required); Master’s in Business Administration and/or Supply Chain Management (Preferred).
3-10 years business work experience in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Logistics.
Relevant certification in APICS (CPIM, CSCP, CFPIM), ISM (CPM, CPSM, CSM), or equivalent. (Preferred).
Expert in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools (Required).
Proficient in SQL (Preferred).
Broad understanding of manufacturing operations, logistics, warehousing, planning, raw materials and packaging materials processing.
In-depth understanding of network optimization modeling and other mathematical/statistical analysis processes.
Strong interpersonal, business acumen, financial and technical problem-solving skills with ability to work cross-functionally and manage key stakeholder relationships.
Highly focused on results and providing a structured, systematic approach to delivering solutions.
Motivated leader with proven organizational, leadership, and management skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills. Possess exceptional conflict resolution skills and is adept at dealing with situations involving conflict.
