Job Overview This position is remote with required travel. As the Global Service Delivery Manager , you will oversee the service delivery for our Enterprise Network Infrastructure Operations, leading a diverse, global team to ensure exceptional service, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead and strategize the enterprise network operations team, aligning with customer needs and business goals. Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable plans. Maintain strong customer relationships and manage service-related expectations. Oversee end-to-end service delivery for Network Infrastructure, ensuring timely execution aligned with best practices. Monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs, implementing improvements as needed. Drive operational efficiency and process optimization initiatives. Develop and implement standardized processes and quality measures. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships. Report on service performance to stakeholders and senior management. Essential Criteria Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus. Proven leadership experience in IT infrastructure services, focusing on enterprise network operations. Experience managing global network infrastructure teams. Deep knowledge of enterprise network operations, technologies, and service delivery processes. Success in managing large-scale service engagements and customer expectations. Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) are highly desirable. Willingness to travel internationally as needed. Desired Criteria Understanding of network architecture, protocols, and security. 5+ years experience with switching and routing protocols. Experience with Cisco, HP, Aruba, Juniper, Arista equipment. Knowledge of enterprise network design, operational, and ITSM best practices. Familiarity with technologies like RSTP/MSTP, VLAN, VTP, ARP, OSPF, BGP, TCP/IP, UDP, NDP, VxLAN, VRRP, EtherChannel. Experience with SDN and SDWAN deployments is advantageous. Experience with IPv4 & IPv6 in a dual-stack environment is a plus.
