Job Description

Team members perform tasks at the pizza store including delivery, stocking, and customer service. Responsibilities include delivering pizzas within a designated area, assembling pizzas, stocking ingredients, and maintaining the front counter. The role requires driving a company vehicle, handling pizza dough, and managing inventory.

Physical Requirements

• Most tasks performed from a standing position on ceramic tile or linoleum; work surfaces 3648 high.
• Walking short distances for short durations; delivery personnel travel between store and delivery vehicle and to customer location.
• Paperwork completed at a desk or table.
• Lifting bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds with a hand truck; stacking onto shelves up to 72 high.
• Carrying cases of ingredients up to 50 pounds, large cans (~3 lb 7 oz), pizza sauce (~30 lb), trays of dough (~12 lb each). During delivery, carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing.
• Pushing moving trays on dollies requires up to 7.5 pounds of force; trays may also be pulled.
• Occasional navigation of stairs or ladder to change prices, wash walls, or perform maintenance; during delivery, navigate five or more flights of stairs may be required.
• Stooping or bending at the waist for 3045 seconds at a time repeatedly during the day at the pizza assembly station.
• Crouching/squatting occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.
• Reaching up, down, and forward continuously; reach above 72 to turn on/off oven controls or change prices; reach down to scoop cornmeal or wash dishes; reach forward for topping ingredients, cleaning, or answering phones.
• Driving responsibilities: deliver pizzas within the designated area; may make several deliveries per shift; deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record; access to an insured vehicle allowed for delivery.
• Use of pencils, pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutters, and pizza peel.
