Base Pay: $20.20 per hour

Work Schedule: 4am - 4pm, on a 2/2/3 rotating day schedule

Weekend Premium: $2.25 per hour (for all hours worked on Saturday or Sunday)

Time Based Premium: $3.00 per hour (for all hours worked between 6pm-6am)

After Hire Bonuses: up to $1500 dollars (within first 90 days after hire with company)

Responsibilities:

• Manufacture and mix products by following established procedures
• Monitor and inspect equipment to ensure it meets requirements
• Ensure production is running efficiently and processes meet standards

Qualifications:

• Basic math, reading, and writing skills
• Ability to follow written, verbal, or diagram from instructions
• Other related experience: stocker, roofer, landscaper, construction, and similar
