Signal Tru Brand is seeking a professional and dependable Front Desk Representative to be the first point of contact for our clients, partners, and visitors. The ideal candidate will maintain a welcoming environment and provide outstanding customer service while performing a variety of administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently

  • Manage front desk operations including mail distribution and scheduling

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area

  • Provide administrative support to different departments as needed

  • Monitor and order office supplies when necessary

  • Assist in coordinating meetings, appointments, and conference room usage

  • Ensure security protocols are followed for guest check-ins

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred

  • Proven experience in a front desk or administrative role

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain organized

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Punctual, reliable, and attentive to detail
