Signal Tru Brand is seeking a professional and dependable Front Desk Representative to be the first point of contact for our clients, partners, and visitors. The ideal candidate will maintain a welcoming environment and provide outstanding customer service while performing a variety of administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently
Manage front desk operations including mail distribution and scheduling
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Provide administrative support to different departments as needed
Monitor and order office supplies when necessary
Assist in coordinating meetings, appointments, and conference room usage
Ensure security protocols are followed for guest check-ins
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred
Proven experience in a front desk or administrative role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain organized
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Punctual, reliable, and attentive to detail
