We are seeking a dynamic and highly analytical FP&A Manager to join our fast-paced Accounting + Finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional to play a pivotal role in our company's financial operations. As the FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for providing financial insights, driving business performance, and influencing strategic decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, financial modeling, and variance analysis, with a proven track record of excellence in financial planning and analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial planning and analysis function, ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely financial forecasts.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support strategic initiatives, business planning, and decision-making processes.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analysis to identify trends, assess financial performance, and provide insightful recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to understand their financial needs and provide tailored financial solutions.
• Drive the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial targets.
• Oversee the preparation of management reports, highlighting financial performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Provide financial expertise in strategic projects, including mergers and acquisitions, investments, and business expansion.
• Monitor and analyze industry trends and market changes to inform financial projections and strategies.
• Implement financial best practices, streamline financial processes, and enhance financial systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the Accounting + Finance industry.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, variance analysis, and financial analysis.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide insightful recommendations.
• Exceptional financial acumen, with a deep understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in financial software and systems, including advanced Excel skills.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate financial information to non-financial audiences.
• High level of integrity, with the ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
