Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is seeking a Forklift operator in partnership with a prominent client in Hillcrest NY, within an electronics warehouse.



Job Summary
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Shift: 1st: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Forklift job description:

• Safely operate forklifts to move materials, equipment, and inventory.
• Load and unload pallets, crates, and containers of telecom equipment and components.
• Support inbound and outbound logistics, including receiving, staging, and shipping.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Assist with organizing refurbished products and ensuring proper storage and labeling.
• Conduct daily forklift inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Move equipment and assist in other warehouse responsibilities as needed.

Forklift Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED.
• 1-2 years of forklift operation experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Experience in handling electronics or telecommunications equipment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer or scanner proficiency for inventory tracking.
