This is a fulltime day shift position working on a consistent 6:30 am - 6:30 pm rotating schedule. Pay Starts at $22.30 an hour with a $1 weekend premium. All benefits start day 1 of employment including 8% company 401k match. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include safely and efficiently operating powered industrial equipment/material handling equipment to move product within the warehouse in accordance with OSHA guidelines, maintaining inventory integrity and product safety, performing routine housekeeping tasks, checking in/out all inbound or outbound product and tagging product accordingly, performing receiving functions such as unloading trucks and putting away product, inspecting power equipment and completing safety inspection sheets, stacking empty pallets, cleaning work area, cleaning up after product damage or spill, completing necessary paper and electronic forms timely, meeting or exceeding production demands, communicating warehouse issues to leadership, assisting in completing Master Sanitation Schedule, and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures. The position requires working with dairy and nut products and allergens. Safety protocols include stopping unsafe acts, obeying safety rules, correcting or reporting hazards, and supporting safety programs. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED preferred, minimum one year experience preferred, training and certification to operate powered industrial vehicles required, effective communication skills, basic computer and math skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, dedication to customer expectations, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and professional conduct.
