BroadPath is actively hiring Licensed Health Insurance Field Sales Agents . In this role, you'll consult with prospective and existing members to review, offer, and enroll them in health insurance plans that best meet their needs. As a Field Sales Agent, you will primarily support in-person sales efforts for client programs, including staffing field office locations.
This is a travel-based role with temporary assignment in Arkansas; candidates must be available to travel from September 28 - December 16. Field locations may vary day-to-day or week-to-week within the state, and flexibility is key. BroadPath covers all travel expenses, including paid lodging, rental car, gas allowance, per diem, and cell phone allowance . A transportation-paid rotation opportunity will also be available.
Please note: candidates may not reside in the state of Arkansas but must be able to travel there.
Responsibilities:1+ successful AEP seasons selling Health Insurance in either a face-to-face or virtual setting
Ability and willingness to travel to Arkansas for the full assignment
Current resident state license with the ability to obtain a non-resident Arkansas license
High level of patience with the ability to reiterate information regarding plan options
Ability to educate members using non-technical language
Ability to assist members in weighing the pros and cons of various plan options
Comfortable using “soft sell” techniques
Previous health plan sales and commercial sales experience
Previous Medicaid experience
Active resident Health Insurance Producer License
Willingness to obtain non-resident Arkansas (AR) Health Insurance Producer License (BroadPath will cover fees)
Valid Driver’s License
Pinpoint (an AHIP equivalent); may be obtained upon employment with BroadPath (BroadPath will cover fees)
