We are seeking a talented, fashion-oriented Sales Representative with a passion for marketing to join our team. In this role, you will drive sales, foster client relationships, and contribute to the design and manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for fashion trends, strong sales skills, and expertise in marketing, with a focus on digital platforms like Shopify and QuickBooks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of our fashion-forward clothing line, showcasing its unique blend of western and English styles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and personalized fashion guidance.
• Drive sales by identifying client needs and offering tailored recommendations, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Assist with marketing efforts, leveraging social media, email campaigns, and other channels to promote our brand and grow our customer base.
• Provide valuable input on product design and manufacturing, working closely with the creative team to develop new styles and collections.
• Collaborate with the team to plan and execute promotional events, sales, and trunk shows, both in-store and online.
• Stay up-to-date on emerging fashion trends and industry developments, ensuring our brand remains at the forefront of fashion innovation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in fashion, marketing, or a related field is an asset.
• Strong sales experience, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
• Keen understanding of fashion trends and a passion for style, with a particular interest in blending western and English influences.
• Proficient in Shopify and QuickBooks, with a solid grasp of digital marketing techniques and tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Creative and collaborative, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
