QUALIFICATIONS: - 3+ years of full-time row crop experience a plus- Plant to harvest experience a need- Self-propelled sprayer experience a plus- Routine maintenance & general repairs are a must, Additional mechanic background, and equipment assembly experience a plus- Team player with strong communication skills with a good work ethic, and good attitude is a must- Agronomy experience a plus- CDL, along with clean driving record would be a must JOB DESCRIPTION: Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is searching for a good crop production employee for a progressive family farm operation in Nebraska that would have the ability to manage day to day operations. Prefer someone that has been in a management or supervisory positions for at least 3 years. Need someone who is a team player and who is a hard worker looking for a long-term employment opportunity. Mostly all late model equipment and good space for equipment maintenance. Need someone who takes pride in what they do. Experience operating self-propelled sprayer would be a plus. Prefer at least 5+ years of plant to harvest experience, and holding a current pesticide applicator license would be a great incentive. Also need someone that can think on their own two feet and has the ability and foresight to plan out your day. Great area for spouse to also find off-farm employment and is an area with good schools, colleges, and surrounded by several good, progressive communities. E.O.E. with salary being determined by experience, skills, stability, and references.
