Farm Laborer Job Summary
We are looking for a hardworking, experienced Farm Laborer to join our team. This is a year-round, full-time position, but you must be willing to work overtime during harvest and planting season. During the off-season, you will assist with cleaning and maintaining equipment, building maintenance and repair, assist grain facility operation/grain hauling. Our ideal applicant has experience working on a farm in all types of weather.

Herrmann Farms is a family owned and operated row crop farm specializing in corn and soybeans. Located in southern Dekalb county where we plant, spray, harvest the crop ourselves. We also dry, store, and deliver to grain terminals.
