Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Facial and Body Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide a range of skincare and body treatments designed to promote relaxation, improve skin health, and enhance overall well-being. The therapist will deliver personalized services in a professional, welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform facial treatments, including cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, massage, mask application, and moisturizing tailored to client skin types and concerns.
• Provide body treatments such as massage, scrubs, wraps, and other therapeutic therapies.
• Assess clients’ skin and body conditions to recommend suitable treatments and skincare products.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized treatment area following safety and sanitation standards.
• Educate clients on skincare routines and post-treatment care.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new techniques, and product innovations.
• Maintain detailed client records and treatment history.
• Promote and upsell skincare products and ongoing treatments to clients.
• Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a facial and body therapist or similar role.
• Certification in skincare, massage therapy, or relevant fields (e.g., esthetics, massage therapy).
• Knowledge of various skincare products, techniques, and therapeutic massage methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and provide personalized consultations.
• Commitment to maintaining a professional and caring attitude.

Working Conditions:

• Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Use of salon or spa equipment and products.

Preferred Attributes:

• Certification from a recognized body (e.g., CIDESCO, CIBTAC).
