Experienced Tax CPA - Be the highest paid employee in this firm from Day 1

Our client is looking for an experienced tax accountant and is willing to pay based on performance, not just position within the firm. Many firms pay bonuses and increased salary based on business development or job title. This is a small local firm that pays employees based on utilization allowing you to roll up your sleeves and the more clients you help each year, the more your income will grow. In this firm, often 2 year staff level employees make six figures and it is very common for Senior's to be paid at the Senior Manager level at other firms and for Managers at this firm to make more than Partners at other firms because of their generous comp structure that purposely takes money out of the pockets of the partners and funnels it toward the employees who actually do the work.
- Take ownership for Federal & State tax compliance review for numerous business entities and follow a process that has been refined and perfected over many years
- Work closely with each Partner to dig into the weeds of complex tax transactions allowing the firm to guide clients
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal partners about tax planning opportunities while solving real business problems and delivering beyond what clients expect
