Are you an experienced Executive Virtual Assistant with a knack for managing multiple projects and supporting high-level executives? We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Virtual Executive Assistant/Project Manager. In this fully remote role, you'll have the flexibility to work from home (or anywhere with Wi-Fi) while contributing to a dynamic, collaborative team.
What You'll Do:
Client Management: Provide executive assistant support to multiple clients in a fast-paced environment, managing projects and tasks across various industries.
Project Oversight: Assist with marketing systems, website updates, content creation, social media management, and coordination with third-party platforms.
Customer Experience: Oversee and enhance the quality of customer interactions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Reporting: Track time accurately and provide daily and weekly reports to clients.
Collaboration: Participate in staff meetings and client strategy sessions, taking ownership of projects and ensuring successful execution.

Customer-Focused: Extensive experience in providing top-tier customer service.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with systems like Wix, Google Suite, Asana, WordPress, CRM tools, and project management software.
Problem-Solver: Strong ability to create systems, processes, and solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
Excellent Communication: Well-developed interpersonal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Multi-tasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a demanding environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
At least 3 years of experience in an administrative assistant role
A minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant/project manager
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, CRMs, and project management tools
Strong internet connection and a dedicated, professional home office setup (Mac or PC, video conferencing capabilities)
