**Position: Executive Housekeeper**

**Location: Milwaukee, WI**

We are excited to invite an experienced Executive Housekeeper to become a vital part of our team at our vibrant hotel in Milwaukee, WI. In this role, you will lead the housekeeping department, ensuring that our hotel meets the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Supervise and inspect the cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Assign tasks to team members and monitor their work to ensure compliance with established guidelines.
- Maintain accurate room control procedures and report any discrepancies to the General Manager using the Rooms Discrepancy Daily Report.
- Oversee the inventory and maintenance of all housekeeping supplies and equipment.
- Ensure the security of all housekeeping, maid, and guest room keys at all times.
- Communicate maintenance requests to the maintenance department promptly.
- Address guest requests, concerns, and issues to guarantee a positive experience for all guests.

**Who We're Looking For:**

- A minimum of two years of experience in the housekeeping industry.
- At least one year of supervisory experience.
- Previous hotel experience is preferred.
