Job Title: Executive Chef

Salary: $70-90K DOE plus bonus and benefits

We are excited to introduce a highly-anticipated new Italian restaurant concept, and we're on the hunt for a passionate Executive Chef to lead this venture in the heart of Philadelphia.

Job Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in fine dining or elevated casual dining.
• Expertise in Italian cuisine with a strong understanding of traditional and modern cooking techniques.
• Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a large team.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for crafting memorable dining experiences.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all kitchen operations of our new Italian restaurant in Philadelphia.
• Design and develop innovative and seasonal Italian menus that delight our guests while maintaining food cost controls.
• Recruit, train, and mentor the kitchen team to ensure a high level of performance and morale.
• Oversee inventory and supply ordering to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
• Collaborate with the management team to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Engage with guests to gain feedback and promote new menu items and restaurant offerings.

As the Executive Chef, you will be a central figure in bringing our Italian restaurant concept to life in Philadelphia. Your culinary expertise and leadership will drive the success of this new venture.
