GE Aerospace Evendale Locksmith will be responsible for the lock and key program for the site, and certain Cincinnati area offsite locations.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Leadership in continuing development of the Lock and Key program, by translating and leveraging concepts and technology, developing strategy and implementing improvements to the program, processes and procedures.
• Technical understanding to determine the best application of lock and key systems to improve overall site security.
• Understanding of both old and new technologies, in order to repair and trouble shoot old lock and key systems, while also having the understanding and ability to apply, install and repair new lock and key technologies.
• Responsible for ordering, maintaining all parts/materials, make up lock cylinders with tumblers to fit a variety of keys, repair all types of spin dials, cut keys, distribution, installation and documentation of all locks and keys, including those for office furniture and equipment.
• Maintain all related records and perform other related duties as required.

Minimum Criteria

• 2 years locksmith experience
• Ability to change combinations for S&G, Simplex and Unicam locks .
• Familiar with and/or willing to receive training on XO9 and X10 Government Safe Locks, S&G locks and LKM 700 Series Government Pedestrian Door Locks .
• Must have ability to achieve and maintain a secret level government clearance
• Computer skills

• Completed KABA Mas Course of X09 and X10 Installation and Operation .
