Job Title: Farm Maintenance Tech

We have the following Farm Maintenance Technician Roles open for our Tennesse Farm.

• Farm MT I - (Farm Ops- Repair & Maintenance)
• Farm MT Supv/MTIII (Farm Equipment, Vehicle Master, Disel Mechanic)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Expected to perform the essential duties and responsibilities in a safe manner and according to the standard set by B & W.
• Diagnose, Rebuild and Repair company vehicles and equipment under limited supervision.
• Operation of vehicles and farm equipment for diagnostic purposes.
• Understanding and completion of daily, monthly and quarterly inspections and PM’s of company vehicles and equipment.
• Completion of all work orders with accuracy via CMMS.
• Assist with emergency and corrective action repairs.
• Under guidance and supervision, ready Farm Equipment and Company Fleet for season start-up and shut down.
• Maintain communication with Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Coordinator.
• Take direction from supervisors and effectively and efficiently manage your time.
• Be able to work a minimum of six days per week and 12 hours per day. Weekend work is required.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 3 years of Diesel and Farm Equipment Maintenance experience required.
• Diagnostic experience required.
• Welding experience a plus.
• Mechanical design and fabrication preferred.
• Basic electrical knowledge preferred.

COMMUNICATION SKILL LEVEL:

• High – Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• COMPUTER SKILLS: Basic
