Job Summary: The Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of health, safety, and environmental programs across Lenbrook Square Foundation, ensuring a safe and compliant environment for residents, staff, and visitors. This role includes conducting safety audits, performing risk assessments, and investigating incidents to identify areas for improvement. The EHS Manager will collaborate with all departments to provide training, enforce proper infection control practices, and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations. This role will also conduct safety audits, investigates incidents, manages Workers' Compensation claims, and supports FMLA processes in coordination with HR. Additionally, the role requires maintaining documentation of safety protocols and ensuring that all health and safety measures align with local, state, and federal standards to promote a culture of safety and well-being in the facility.

Education and Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in environmental health safety, Engineering, Science, or closely related or equivalent technical experience plus demonstrated competencies. Safety certification(s) ASP, CSP, CIH, CHMM, preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety management software.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Pay: $96,000-$106,000 annually
