Job Description
We are currently seeking 7 new hires for our Entry Level Sales Trainee position. This is full time W2 position with benefits after short probationary period. If you've been looking to get your foot in the door in a sale career, we provide paid training and mentorship programs to grow into our Sales Executive position where the average income is in the high six figures. Details of the position are as follows:
Schedule: This position works Monday through Friday, with first and second shifts available. Many of our current employees work a four day work week with three day weekends as you can earn Fridays off with pay by hitting quotas.
Benefits: Benefit packages after 90 day probationary period. Company car provided for managers in this position.
Pay: We offer the security of a competitive weekly guaranteed pay with uncapped commissions. You can make what you are worth without the fear of working on straight commission. Average income for first year recruits is $65,000 to $110,000
Incentives: We have quarterly incentive programs where you can earn prizes including vacations, tickets to concerts and sporting events, and paid days off.

Products and Services: We work with customers to design and build the perfect exterior to their homes. Products include exotic hardwood decking, designer roofing/siding, entry doors, garage doors, and windows. You do not need any prior construction experience or knowledge for this position.
