UPI Builders is excited to announce an opening for an Entry Level Sales & Social Media Representative. This dynamic role combines a passion for sales with digital marketing strategies to engage and attract new customers. As an Entry Level Sales & Social Media Rep, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, building relationships, and promoting our services through social media channels. You will learn how to craft engaging content and manage our online presence, while also supporting the sales team by following up on leads and assisting in various sales initiatives. • Support sales initiatives by reaching out to potential clients via phone and email.
• Create and manage engaging content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Monitor and respond to inquiries on social media channels in a timely manner.
• Assist the sales team in tracking leads and managing customer relationships.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for our services.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop marketing strategies.
• Maintain and update the company’s social media calendar.
• Provide reports on social media engagement and sales performance.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
• Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and sales.
• High school diploma required; pursuing or completed a degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
