Position Overview

As an Entry-Level Project Engineer , you will support project managers and site teams in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects. This role is ideal for individuals with a foundational understanding of construction or trades who are eager to develop their skills in project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination
• Support field teams by reviewing plans, specifications, and ensuring compliance with project requirements
• Communicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to facilitate project progress
• Track project performance, budgets, and material procurement
• Identify and resolve challenges to maintain project efficiency and quality standards

Qualifications & Skills

• A degree in Construction Mgmt., Engineering, or a related field is a plus but NOT a must!
• Understanding of construction processes and trades is beneficial but not required
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to project management
