📢 Job Opportunity: Entry-Level Packaging Engineer at Greiner Packaging

Are you a recent graduate ready to kickstart your career in a fast-paced, innovative environment? Greiner Packaging is hiring an Entry-Level Packaging Engineer to join our dynamic team! This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the entire lifecycle of packaging projects, from concept to launch, while honing your skills in product design, project management, and sustainable packaging.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the design of new product lines from idea sketching to final CAD drawing.
• Manage timelines for packaging development, ensuring all launch milestones are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, quality assurance, sales) to deliver high-quality products that meet functional, aesthetic, and cost requirements.
• Build and contribute to product cost calculations, pricing models, and financial analysis.
• Partner with customers and suppliers to understand requirements, participate in Factory Acceptance Tests, and address root cause investigations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and drive operational efficiency.
• Stay informed on sustainable packaging materials and regulatory requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

• A bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Willingness to learn and apply financial concepts like product costing and P&L analysis.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks CAD and 3D printing; experience with KeyShot Suite is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of SAP, sales processes, and CRM systems is a bonus.
• Understanding of injection molding, thermoforming packaging processes, and eco-friendly materials is desirable.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
