• Osta – A new playbook for home repair and field service
• Two stealth-mode B2B platforms streamlining workforce operations and compliance
• Founding teams backed by top operators and real customer insights

As a Sales Associate, you’ll work side-by-side with startup founders, GTM leaders, and product teams to help scale early sales efforts and learn the craft of high-impact B2B selling.

Requirements

What You’ll Do:

• Prospect and qualify B2B leads across target verticals
• Join discovery calls, support product demos, and follow up with prospects
• Collaborate with founders to refine sales messaging and market fit
• Help track CRM updates, objections, and feedback loops
• Learn how to sell early-stage SaaS solutions to real business users

Who You Are:

• Recent grad or junior-level professional curious about SaaS and startups
• A clear communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments
• Tech-savvy and eager to work closely with product and sales leaders
• Coachable, analytical, and excited by business challenges
• Driven to grow into a sales leader as the company scales
