Akkodis is seeking an Enterprise Architect for a Contract job with a client in Jersey City, NJ(Hybrid) . The role involves creating blueprints, supporting design decisions, and ensuring adherence to architectural standards while influencing strategic technology decisions.
Rate Range: $70/hour to $72/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Enterprise Architect job responsibilities include:
Developing and maintaining architecture strategies, blueprints, and roadmaps to align systems with business, financial, and technology objectives.
Leading design sessions and making critical design decisions to balance speed, financial impact, and strategic goals.
Ensuring adherence to architectural principles, blueprints, and enterprise standards.
Supporting the governance of architecture processes and managing compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Identifying and resolving risks, conflicts, and priorities to ensure effective project outcomes.
Collaborating with stakeholders to drive innovation and alignment with strategic goals.
Desired Qualifications:
BSc in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience.
Minimum of 8 years in enterprise architecture, with a focus on financial services or capital markets.
Strong experience in Solution/Technical Architecture and architecture methodologies.
In-depth knowledge of finance, capital markets, and a broad understanding of various technologies.
