The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM, though clinic hours may be shortened on days when inpatient hospital consults are required, as the hospital is just one mile from the clinic. The role includes handling consults, seeing around 17 patients per day, and working alongside two NPs. Some night call and occasional weekend call are also expected.
