Company Description As an Email Marketing Strategist at Brandpoint, you will be the owner of the internal marketing team's email efforts, with a focus on nurturing new clients, activating contacts within our database, and engaging with existing clients and accounts. You will own the end-to-end process for email, from strategy and ideation to writing and programming to auditing and reporting. Your keen eye for demand generation strategies - and your
strong direct response and marketing writing skills - will support the marketing team's goal of moving leads through the sales funnel.
Job Description Strategic Email Marketing Leadership
- Manage email calendar, including determining campaigns, writing copy, sourcing design needs, and aligning with business goals.
- Assist in execution of marketing automation campaigns including email programs, updating/creation of email templates, sending list emails, etc.
- Identify new opportunities to grow our email results through database marketing, targeting selects, and message testing.
- Regularly audit and optimize email campaigns based on established performance metrics.
- Stay up to date on email marketing and demand generation best practices and apply learnings to the marketing team's efforts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Support the marketing team's overall campaign programs, including creation of emails to support lead gen efforts, product launches, and one-off sends.
- Work with the Business Analyst to maintain campaign naming structure hygiene and data quality within Salesforce and Pardot, as well as maintain email best practices.
- Work with Director of Marketing to support sales and account teams in email messaging and programmatic sends.
Marketing Responsibilities
- Support the marketing team's campaign planning and brainstorming
- Contribute positively to the overall company and team culture
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business, public relations, or a related field.
- 2-4 years in similar role or relevant experience.
- Proven copywriting skills, specifically email writing and demand generation copy.
- Experience with email creation and optimization using a marketing automation platform, Pardot preferred.
- Curious and eager to learn new skills, both through formal training as well as hands-on, self-guided learning.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to execute big ideas within a small team.
- Ability to own a marketing channel on own while communicating ideas to the greater team.
Preferred Skills - Basic HTML skills a plus
- Previous B2B experience preferred
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Familiarity with digital marketing and advertising technologies such as Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or related programs.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
