MSS USA CORP, a subsidiary of MSSCORPS CO., LTD, is a leading provider of Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) analysis services for the semiconductor industry. We are seeking experienced TEM/FIB specialists with at least one year of hands-on experience operating either Focused Ion Beam (FIB) or Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) tools — or both — to join our growing team.
