We are looking for a dependable and motivated Electrician Helper to support our electrical team on commercial and residential construction projects. This entry-level position plays a vital role in assisting with rough and finish work, learning LMA (Layout, Measure, and Assist) responsibilities, and ensuring job sites run smoothly under the direction of lead electricians. Ideal candidates are eager to learn, reliable, and aligned with our companys values and culture.Key Responsibilities:Assist electricians with installing conduit, wiring, boxes, and other electrical components.Support both rough-in and finish-out phases of construction projects.Perform measurements, basic layout work, and mark locations under supervision.Help maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites.Transport tools and materials, and set up work areas as directed.Follow instructions carefully and contribute to team efficiency.Learn and apply proper safety procedures and electrical codes.Qualifications:High school diploma or GED preferred.02 years of construction or electrical experience preferred, but not required.Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced electricians.Basic understanding of hand tools and construction site safety.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work on ladders, and stand for extended periods.Strong work ethic, punctuality, and teamwork mindset.Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.Alignment with Company Values:Were building more than just electrical systemswere building a culture.
