Vale Group has partnered with a regional company in the Electrical Contracting industry, based in Texas , with operations in Oklahoma who is actively searching for an experienced Project Manager to work for an opportunity paying competitive salary based on experience . This role is ideal for a professional with strong financial reporting skills and the ability to manage labor, materials, and job expenses while overseeing project-specific schedules to maintain positive cash flow. If you have excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills, this may be the right fit for you. Previous experience with Industrial Electric and/or Medium voltage required.

Requirements of the Project Manager :
•Proven people management, process management, and performance management skills
•Knowledge of financial software, accounting practices, change order pricing, and billings
•Strong time management and multitasking abilities
•Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Experience in budget tracking, labor tracking, and scheduling
•Proficiency in information analysis and budget setup

Responsibilities of the Project Manager :
•Oversee financial reporting, tracking, and projections for labor, material, job expenses, and changes
•Manage project budgets and cash flow by creating and maintaining project-specific schedules
•Submit, review, and track all submittals and change logs
•Assist the Superintendent with material coordination, production tracking, and analysis
•Ensure on-time delivery of tasks and maintain effective communication with the jobsite team
•Conduct weekly jobsite visits and attend all required meetings
•Prepare job closeout documentation including as-builts and O&M manuals
