Job Description

The Electrical Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for electrical work, ensuring all aspects of the project are considered to provide clients with the most competitive and reliable bids. The role requires a solid understanding of electrical systems, blueprints, and industry standards to help the company secure profitable contracts and meet project specifications.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Estimating experience with large-scale commercial or industrial electrical projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes (e.g., NEC), and design principles.
• Proficiency in estimation software and tools (e.g., Accubid, ConEst, or similar).
• Experience working with blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical specifications.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in all aspects of the estimation process.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of cost factors and the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
