We are on the hunt for a seasoned Electrical Engineer with a passion for solving complex problems and a keen eye for detail. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in the engineering industry where innovation is at the forefront of our operations. The successful candidate will be tasked with designing and developing electrical systems, ensuring product quality and integrity, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This is a full-time, permanent position requiring a minimum of 5 years' experience in the field, with a particular focus on Power, Layout, Power Systems, Schematic, Circuit Design, and High Voltage.
Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop complex electrical systems and circuits.
2. Ensure the quality and integrity of electrical systems by conducting thorough inspections and tests.
3. Develop and implement innovative solutions to electrical engineering problems.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of project plans.
5. Create and interpret detailed schematics for electrical system design.
6. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of high voltage systems, power systems, and circuit design.
7. Comply with all industry standards and regulations during design and implementation phases.
8. Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and other team members.
9. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the electrical engineering department.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. A Master's Degree will be considered an advantage.
2. Minimum of 5 years' experience in an Electrical Engineering role with a focus on Power, Layout, Power Systems, Schematic, Circuit Design, and High Voltage.
3. Proven experience in designing and developing complex electrical systems and circuits.
4. Extensive knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
7. Proficiency in using electrical design software and tools.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
9. Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
10. Willingness to stay updated with the latest advancements in the field of electrical engineering.
