The eDiscovery and Surveillance team provides technology and services to retain, Client and conduct surveillance against Electronically Stored Information (Client). As a global technology service, we partner with Legal, Compliance, Employee Relations, and Security teams during the eDiscovery phase of investigations. We are seeking an accomplished technology project manager to join our team.

What role will you play?

As a Data Migration Specialist, you will execute the migration of electronic communications, voice recordings and documents from an on-premise archive to a SaaS (Software as a Service) solution. You will collaborate extensively with stakeholders across Technology, Cyber Security, Compliance, Legal and external SaaS provider teams. You will identify potential issues and recommend solutions to ensure the availability and integrity of all migrated data as well as conduct post migration support and testing within the new solution.

What you offer

Experience with enterprise archiving solutions specializing in electronic communications, voice recordings and document retention.

Experience with data transfer and data storage technologies including on-premise and Amazon Web Services architectures.

Experience within a global Financial Services technology organization or similar regulated corporate technology environment.

Ability and enthusiasm to collaborate with External Service Providers to coordinate the delivery of their implementation services, with an eye towards identifying and removing roadblocks.

Ability to collaborate effectively as a member of a global technology team including schedule flexibility allowing participation in evening meetings with remote teams.
