E-Commerce Growth Manager – Amazon (On-Site)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Growth Manager with deep expertise in Amazon Marketplace and category management to drive sales and profitability for SWCORP. This role requires comprehensive knowledge of Amazon’s platform, including product listing optimization, inventory management, marketing strategies, and creating Terms of Service (TOS). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in achieving revenue goals, maximizing profitability across Amazon categories, and maintaining positive customer feedback through ratings and reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute E-Commerce Strategies: Formulate and implement robust e-commerce strategies focused on Amazon Marketplace to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Manage Amazon Category Management: Oversee all aspects of Amazon category management, including product listings, inventory optimization, pricing strategies, promotional activities, and enhancing ratings and reviews.
  • Optimize Product Visibility: Utilize advanced SEO techniques and PPC campaigns to boost product visibility, drive traffic, increase sales conversion rates, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales performance data using Amazon Seller Central and other analytics tools to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage Ratings and Reviews: Proactively manage ratings and reviews on Amazon, ensuring a positive brand image and addressing customer feedback promptly and effectively.
  • Create and Implement TOS: Develop and manage comprehensive Terms of Service (TOS) and other compliance-related documentation to protect the brand and ensure alignment with Amazon’s policies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to align e-commerce initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and Amazon platform updates to adjust strategies and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Provide Performance Reports: Deliver regular reports and actionable insights on e-commerce performance, category trends, ratings, reviews, and recommendations for optimization.

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce management with a strong focus on Amazon Marketplace and category management.
  • Track Record: Proven success in driving sales growth, profitability, and maintaining positive ratings and reviews on Amazon.
  • Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, A+ Content creation, Enhanced Brand Content (EBC), ratings and reviews management, and other relevant tools.
  • TOS Creation: Experience in creating and managing Terms of Service (TOS) and compliance documentation.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in data-driven decision-making to optimize performance metrics, ROI, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Tools Proficiency: Expertise in Amazon-specific tools and platforms, including:
    • Amazon Seller Central
    • Amazon Vendor Central
    • Helium 10 / Jungle Scout (for keyword research and competitive analysis)
    • Sellics / Viral Launch (for product and market analysis)
    • Amazon Advertising Console (for PPC campaign management)
    • Keepa / CamelCamelCamel (for price tracking and historical data)
    • Data Feed Tools (e.g., Feedonomics, ChannelAdvisor)
    • Review Management Tools (e.g., FeedbackWhiz, Reputology)
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Detail-Oriented: A strategic mindset with the capability to develop and implement innovative e-commerce strategies.
