We are seeking a talented and experienced Dynamics Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expertise in Microsoft Dynamics applications, particularly in the functional aspects of the software. The Dynamics Functional Consultant will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, gather requirements, configure Dynamics software, and provide training and support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements related to Microsoft Dynamics software.
2. Design and configure Microsoft Dynamics applications to meet client needs, ensuring system functionality aligns with business objectives.
3. Provide guidance and support to clients in the implementation and utilization of Microsoft Dynamics software solutions.
4. Conduct training sessions for end-users to maximize system adoption and efficiency.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical consultants, project managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery.
6. Contribute to the development of best practices and methodologies for Microsoft Dynamics implementations.
7. Stay current on Microsoft Dynamics product updates and industry trends to provide proactive recommendations to clients.
8. Participate in pre-sales activities, including demonstrations and proposal development, to showcase our capabilities to potential clients.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics applications, with a focus on functional consulting.
3. In-depth knowledge of one or more Microsoft Dynamics products (e.g., Dynamics 365, Dynamics AX, Dynamics NAV).
4. Strong understanding of business processes across various industries.
5. Experience with requirements gathering, system configuration, and end-user training.
6. Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Microsoft Dynamics certification(s) preferred.
