Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Indirectly manage the efforts of developers and support team members on website platform implementation and maintenance.
2. Provide expertise in intranet implementations, cloud-hosted Drupal management, and hands-on development.
3. Oversee Drupal maintenance (hosted by Acquia), ensuring availability, performance, and security.
4. Integrate Drupal sites with other platforms and key applications.
5. Troubleshoot technical issues to ensure stability and reliability of web services.
6. Collaborate with the DevEx team on DevOps processes and practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience leading technical teams in web development and intranet implementation.
• Strong technical experience with web portal platforms including Drupal, SharePoint, and Adobe Experience Manager.
• Expertise in Drupal (cloud-hosted implementations, module development, integrations).
• Hands-on development experience in PHP, JavaScript, and related frameworks.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or similar) and DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, security, and compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to assess IT product needs and design solutions.
• Experience anticipating obstacles and planning contingencies.
• Strong attention to detail, prioritization, and project management skills.
• Experience with AI search.
• Knowledge of API development and integration best practices.
