MRJR Delivery, LLC is a trusted provider of delivery services for a national technology company, ensuring timely and safe package delivery across the region. We are seeking reliable, motivated, and hardworking individuals to join our team as DOT Delivery Drivers.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: $22.25 per hour (paid biweekly)
• Schedule: 10-hour shifts, 4-day work week (40 hours typical), starting at 10:00 AM, Monday through Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely load, drive, and deliver packages in a timely manner
• Conduct vehicle safety inspections and follow local & state driving laws
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring deliveries meet customer expectations despite any challenges
• Lift, maneuver, and deliver packages weighing up to 50 lbs frequently, and up to 70 lbs occasionally (300 lbs as part of a delivery team with assistance)
• Work in various weather conditions and navigate different routes
• Communicate with the support team and follow company policies using a smartphone for GPS navigation, scanning packages, and administrative tasks
• Assist with "rescue" calls when team members need help completing their routes

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver’s license
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must successfully pass a background check and 4-Panel Drug Screening
  • Excludes marijuana
• Clean motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)
• Good English speaking, reading, and writing/communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience driving commercial vehicles or delivery trucks
• Familiarity with GPS navigation tools
• Prior DOT, CDL, or work-related driving experience (not mandatory)

Hiring Process:

The hiring process takes approximately 1-2 weeks. It may take longer if you have an out-of-state driver’s license.
