Orchard Point Kennels is looking for passionate, hardworking individuals to join our Barks & Rec daycare and boarding program! We are currently hiring Kennel Technicians, Assistant Dog Trainers, and more. No prior experience is necessary—what matters most is your strong work ethic, responsibility, punctuality, motivation, and willingness to learn. We value team players who are flexible, quick learners, and passionate about working with dogs.

Team Member Responsibilities

As a Team Member, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and happiness of the dogs in our care. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Washing, walking, feeding, and grooming dogs
• Cleaning kennels, crates, and common areas
• Picking up after dogs and maintaining a clean environment
• Assisting with training and enrichment activities
• Stocking and organizing the training area
• Helping with social media content (occasional on-camera presence)
• Lifting and moving equipment as needed

Position Details

Location: We are located just outside of Eugene, next to Fern Ridge Reservoir. Applicants must have reliable transportation (personal vehicle preferred) and ideally live nearby.
⏰ Hours: Morning and afternoon shifts are available. This is a part-time position (~15 hours per week) with opportunities to grow into a full-time role based on performance and attitude.
