Job Family : Finance & Accounting Consulting Travel Required : Up to 10% Clearance Required : Ability to Obtain Secret What You Will Do : As the DOD Lead Instructor, the duties would include but not limited to the following: * Attend regular meetings with Government customers to discuss workload, contract performance, and emergent issues. * Assure quality control implementation. * Produce required contractual and programmatic reports, briefs, and training material. * Implement and exercise quality - control measures over Contractor staff to deliver services and products on budget and schedule per SOW requirements. * Be responsible for portions of the project personnel, delivery of reports, and other deliverables. * Implement short (tactical) and long term (strategic) work plans to ensure work performance. * Be responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards. * Coordinate with Government customer for assignment of work schedules. * Review and remediate work discrepancies. * Supervise Contractor personnel, communicate policies and organizational goals. * Responsible for ensuring all incoming contractors are adequately trained for contract positions. * Be responsible for contract performance. What You Will Need : * Ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance * Bachelors Degree * FOURTEEN (14) years overall professional experience * TEN (10) years of experience in a Working Capital Fund environment dealing with Depot Maintenance, Supply Chain Management, Business Operations, or Financial Management. * FIVE (5) years of leadership experience in a Working Capital Fund environment dealing with Depot Maintenance, Supply Chain Management, Business Operations, or Financial Management. * THREE (3) years of experience in academic instruction.
