YES, CHEF! | We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive RoadShow Dispatcher, join our team and provide essential support to our RoadShow Operations Specialist in ensuring the smooth coordination of booth setup and supplies delivery for over 2,500 shows annually. Reporting to | RoadShow Operations Manager

TASTE SUCCESS | As our RoadShow Dispatcher, you’ll get to dive into:

• RoadShow Setup Assistance: Assist the Roadshow Logistics Specialist in coordinating the of HexClad booth displays at Costco roadshow events nationwide,
• Supply Management Support : Assist in managing inventory levels and coordinating the delivery of booth supplies and promotional materials to each roadshow location, including packing and labeling shipments for transport.
• Logistics Coordination: Support the planning and scheduling of logistics for booth setup and teardown, including communicating with vendors, shipping carriers, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and pickup of equipment and supplies.
• Documentation Assistance : Assist in maintaining accurate records of roadshow schedules, equipment inventory, and shipping documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Problem-Solving: Help address any logistical issues or challenges that arise during roadshow events, assisting in finding timely and effective solutions in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement Support: Provide input and suggestions for process improvements and efficiencies in roadshow logistics, contributing to the implementation of best practices and standard operating procedures to optimize operations and reduce costs.
• Dispatching : Coordinate with Carriers, communicate delivery instructions, and provide support and guidance as needed throughout the delivery process.
• Logistics Coordination : Work closely with warehouse staff, transportation providers, and other internal teams to coordinate logistics activities, including loading and unloading of goods, inventory management, and order fulfillment.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in logistics, event coordination, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to follow instructions and execute tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate professionally with internal and external partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn and adapt to logistics management software.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant certification is a plus.
• Love of food and cooking! Cooking skills and/or experience in the culinary industry a plus.
