Salary range: $45,500-$55,000 Key Responsibilities We are seeking a Director of Life Enrichment to lead the planning, organization, and implementation of activities within our department. This role will ensure the effective operation of all activities in compliance with regulatory and accrediting standards. The Director will oversee the development of a diverse program that aligns with each resident’s assessment and individual interests, addressing their physical, mental, psychosocial, and spiritual needs. Shifts Available • Full Time - Exempt position. Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Two years of experience, preferably in assisted living.
