Job Description: At Fidelity Enterprise Architecture (FEA), we are seeking an experienced User Experience Architect to drive end-to-end architecture for the Brokerage business domain. In this role, you will work directly with product teams across the retail investing space (brokerage accounts, managed services, banking services, etc.) and the workplace investing space (401ks, health-insurance related accounts, etc.) to design solutions that meet business priorities and initiatives. What you will be responsible for This role will be a very hands-on role driving the overall technical and experience architecture. You will be responsible for all aspects of the solution, from security to data strategy, and work closely with all areas of engineering to best align architecture needs. You will collaboratively work across other product areas and multiple business units influencing and driving the digital modernization efforts within. In general, we are looking for a solid User Experience Architect that can lead and drive the end-to-end architecture of multiple teams in a complex space. The Expertise we’re looking for… The following is a selection of skills (but not a hard list of requirements) that will help you thrive in this role: Proven experience in architecture , including scalability, resilience, security, and data architecture. Experienced in engineering web and/or mobile applications end to end, with a focus on customer experience, scale, security, and performance. Proficient in principles of API design and its applications. Experience with enterprise API implementation, using REST and GraphQL [federation]. Ability to break down user interfaces into smaller reusable pieces and large-scale migrations. Experience with reactive and functional programming concepts. Experience building highly scalable architecture to support Omnichannel experience platforms. NX generator, executor creation, and dependency graphs within NX monorepos.
