Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive traffic, increase engagement, and deliver measurable growth. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing campaigns across various digital platforms and possess a deep understanding of analytics and optimization techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
• Oversee all digital channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
• Plan and execute targeted campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.
• Conduct in-depth performance analysis using tools like Google Analytics, and provide actionable insights.
• Manage content strategy, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and audience needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to optimize campaigns.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to refine strategies.
• Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective investments and ROI optimization.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing professionals.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. (Master’s preferred.)
• 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, including leadership roles.
• Expertise in SEO, PPC, social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram), and email marketing tools.
• Proficiency in analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot.
• Strong knowledge of content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress.
• Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
• Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, or similar platforms are a plus.

Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per annum.
