About Gestalt Communications: Gestalt Communications is an integrated communications firm that combines public relations, government relations, corporate communications, marketing, and media strategies to help clients build cohesive narratives, shape perceptions, and drive meaningful impact. We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital strategy and execution, and will help our clients achieve their business objectives by leveraging the latest digital marketing tools and tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across various channels, including email, social media, search engines, and websites.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.).
• Conduct SEO audits and implement strategies to improve clients' search rankings.
• Analyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure digital content aligns with broader communication goals.
• Manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
• Monitor digital trends and emerging technologies to ensure clients stay ahead of the curve.
• Provide clients with regular reports on campaign performance and recommend optimizations.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within a PR, communications, or marketing agency.
• Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.).
• Experience with email marketing platforms (MailChimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact, etc.).
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio) to track and measure performance.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with content management systems (WordPress, Drupal, etc.).
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for creating marketing assets.
• Knowledge of public affairs, government relations, or corporate communications is a plus.
• Understanding of privacy and data protection regulations (GDPR, CASL).
