Full-time Digital Marketing Associate Opportunity

Day to Day

• Assist in the management and creation of citations for all West Coast Self-Storage-managed properties with the goal of increasing backlinks and maintaining consistent business NAP presence across all citation and aggregator properties
• Assist in the analysis of analytics data for storage properties with the goal of increasing traffic and conversion
• Work closely with marketing team to assist with blogging, local marketing partnership development, and other projects as needed
• Assist in the management and response of online reputation sources
• Assist in the management and moderation of social media programs including creation of posts for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and others with the goal of increasing reach and engagement

What You Will Bring:

• Demonstrated experience of the above job functions through employment, education and/or internship. Please be prepared to share a portfolio of your work.
• Experience in managing and optimizing online business profiles such as Google Business Profiles, Apple Business Connect and social media platforms
• Working knowledge of and the ability to write keyword optimized content and hands-on strategies to improve SEO performance
• An understanding of Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console data, deciphering opportunities for improvement
• Working knowledge of SEO tracking tools such as Moz, Brightlocal, Ahrefs or others
• Latest knowledge of SEO and digital marketing trends and best practices
• Working knowledge of managing link building campaigns and BTB backlink outreach
• Collaboration and contribution to a positive team dynamic
• Ability to manage time and priorities with limited direction
